Let’s start from the top…
I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. As the oldest of three, I was the boss. But getting called bossy just didn’t sit well with me. Who does it sit well with…? Thankfully I turned that “natural leadership ability” (thanks Mom) into becoming a boss of 35 employees (and counting) and growing my floral and wedding planning business to 7 figures annually. Just in case you are not a numbers gal, that is 1 million dollars every year! Did I mention I just turned 30?
Enough gloating, let’s get to the point.
The journey is HARD. At one point, June 2021 to be exact, I truly thought I might not live through the month. What would have been great is some resource that applied to a small yet not really that small business led by a women that employed almost all woman. 
But…there is no such resource out there. So what does a boss lady do? She creates it!
I am creating a place to continually “become” by teaching you what I have learned while growing my team to over 35 employees and my business to over 7 figures annually. If you are anything like me, you:
  • are a women entrepreneur
  • run or are growing a business with multiple employees
  • don’t jive with the “corporate-y” way of doing things
  • want to lead your team with authenticity and femininity
  • have an abundance of passion for what you are doing and for the people you employ
  • are both creative and detailed, therefore desire to run your business using both characteristics
  • want to continually be learning
